She is an innovator at heart and has a proud record of launching several top-ranked, multi-million-dollar innovations throughout her years at Unilever, Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, and Charlotte Tilbury. She created a new $120M+ business on Suave, re-imagined Hair Sprays for TRESemme, drove omnichannel growth on the Elizabeth Arden and Juicy Couture brands. More recently, she delivered breakthrough results at Charlotte Tilbury North America achieving top ranks in Prestige Beauty Sales, Influencer Marketing, and Earned Media Value.
